he is training for Vuelta, only expect him something in the third week when it is get close to Vuelta

Nah,he's enjoying a free three weeks' holiday in France, who could refuse something like this:D

I'm a genius!

Before todays stage I exchanged Chavanel for Porte and Yates for Gallopin in a manager game. Now De Clercq is out and Gallopin looks to be Vdb's main domestique.

And Yates and Chav are now in the break with 10+ minutes.:(

Aarggh!

So with the break getting the stage only two things are left of interest.

Will any of the GC guys try anything?

Will Peter Sagan be bothered or will he accept a nil all draw?

GC will probably throw some attacks at each other I would expect. Not until the final climb though, mostly watching each other until the final few Km's.

Sagan doesn't have a chance to challenge on this stage anyways. He'll roll in with the other sprinters.

Sagan really seems to have moved to a minimising losses tactic at the intermediates now.

where, it's all he need. The green is practically in is pocket. Kittell will probably only take 90 points in stage 15 and 21 I think, and he might get some more on intermediate sprints, so even if sagan was not getting any points in that 2 stages, minimizing losses on intermediate sprints is all he needs. And I think sagan will surely get some more point on wednesday and thursday, where Kittel will come empty. There are only 2 objectives left in this race for him

finish the race
win a stage or two
