Supposed to be a head wind, that will limit attacks. So unless the break stays away which isn't likely it will come down to the last short, steep climb and that says Valverde to me. Go Alejandro!
Yeah I'm pretty sure Alejandro marked this stage...but does he have the form?

I've never understood that saying. In my opinion "Don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow" makes more sense.
Sounds like some saying from the Mediterrean or Latin America perhaps? A born procrastinator. ;)

Why waste energy to get 2 seconds today when that energy can gain him 10 seconds on Monday? :)
Ha ha good point!

Good stage for Valverde and Slagter also maybe Gerrans and Alabasini. Not sure if Rodriguez has got what it takes at the moment but if he wants a stage win this is his type of stage. Maybe he has not been pushing too hard the past few days and waiting for a stage like this.

14:10 Chavanel and Terpstra at the front

Two riders in the lead at km 26: Terpstra and Chavanel, six seconds ahead of chasers, twelve seconds ahead of the reunited peloton. Talansky and Voeckler are no longer off the back.
