I wonder how much time Adam Yates will lose in the TT to Wiggins, the 2 uphill finished should suit him well and we know he is in great form after Turkey.

Adam is still very young, I doubt his current form it's still great as it was on Turkey and I'm one of his biggest fans.

Looking forward to see how Boonen does as a lead out man, he'll be at the Tour and if he's good then I think Pettachi might be left at home.
Also curious to see if Chaves gives further signs of improvement from his horrendous crash.
A guy like Bennet will probably also have a free role for GC, although the 20km TT will probably not benefit such a lightweight climber.
I hope no one hypes no. 104 because he'll probably fail hard if that happens.
At last, go Dombrowski! And go Thor!

Seems like Degenkolb thinks he can beat Cavendish in the sprint:eek::)
I guess Giant is just doing their fair share of work. And it's not like Cav is unbeatable these days, Viviani did it too.

Wind always makes stages interesting! Sky was very smart here. Maybe they learned from the 2013 Tour....:)

Wiggins could already make huge ground for the overall standings.
Too bad Degenkolb missed the train:mad:

Yes, I don't think any of the other GC guys made the cut....except for Ten Dam.

Boonen is a real high profile rider, his career highlight was back in 08 when he won the 2nd stage of the Tour of Cali :D

Neal Rogers on Twitter says Stetina, too. Wiggins, Ten Dam, and Stetina could be your podium if Stetina is in fact there and if they can stay away.

EDIT: I think Rogers was wrong; I don't see Stetina. I do see Busche, so replace Stetina with him in my initial statement.

Why is Belkin chasing ??
They're not chasing, they're pulling the echelon probably because LtD is in the group and some others are not. Maybe Hofland is in there as well to contest the sprint as well.

The audio is really bad on SBS tv, I can barely hear Phil & Paul. They seem to have an American guest commentator, anyone know who he is?

It's my fault, I made a slight reference to him previously on this stage. The hype obviously killed the chances he had to perform. I'm sorry :D

Hofland is ahead, but Belkin is leading the peloton for Ten Dam

There's still hope they're swollen back into the peloton.
