Ryder and Froome. F**k this sport.

That was great sport today, but I know, every sport sucks when people win you don't like. Deal with it :)

That was hilarious from Froome. He rode it smart though, did his own pace.

Piti killed himself by not doing that, just like Contador at the end.

Valverde bluffed with that attack on the less steep section, but the others were unfazed. He's never been as strong on the steepest sections.

Great action on the final climb. Just great.

Froome just one crazy mother****er! Love this.

Valverde quite stupid, and shows he can't really handle the steep stuff. But he showed guts. Props for that.

Purito in the end a good result. He didn't attack, but showed how deep he can go. But in the end, everyone cracked, came back, cracked and went past a bad moment.

So is Froome now a chance to win overall? I guess tomorrow will tell us alot.

He's the only one that can beat Contador (barring injury). Rodriguez and Valverde won't get enough if any time in the mountains. A top form Froome could take up to a minute on stages 16 and 20.

Ryder passing Zaugg at the end was like Simon Gerrans winning Liège-Bastogne-Liège for me.

Froome doing anything riles me, I'd forgotten how much so since I've been avoiding watching most races he's entered into for the last two years.

That's the thing with piti, usually when he tries he fails. And then he decides to not do it again for a whole year lol

I hated the tactic but he should have use the boni tactic, that's the only way he can win this imo.

That's the problem with the Vuelta solution of "if we only make it steeper".

Why is it a problem? I don't get the criticism of the route. I always love the racing at the Vuelta.

Clearly he is in good shape, when he beats JRod and AC on a climb not suiting him

Oh you changed your tune "he will struggle in climbs" haha. This is clearly not a great Froome isit have you seen him always dropping back if it was a great Froome he would go nuts attacking.

Who says super steep climbs can't be entertaining? :p

It would be really entartaining if the stage was 10 km, otherwise the stage is ridden for nothing.
I really don't understand how Froome can do this again and again :D

He did attack when it flattened to 8% to be honest. That said, it was intelligent riding

Feel so sorry for Zaugg - a great, gutsy ride - and then bloody Ryder Hesjedal gets towed up by the motorbikes behind him and outsprints him

The only thing is that now if Froome drops back at the start of a climb, Contador will probably attack then rather than wait.

Yah, but Contador still has over a minute on Froome. No matter how hard you try, you can't seriously believe that gaining 7 seconds at the line is some huge victory, and that Contador is done.

Froome is the most exciting climber FACT.

Weirdest doesn't equal most exciting. Without Contador and co attacking his style is actually ridiculously boring. What is exciting is him getting dropped and then coming back to much surprise.

Anyway, it's fair to say that your statement isn't nearly a fact, or even logical, but fanboys will be fanboys.
