Interesting choice from Froome. Sprinting to take 2 sec yesterday but today when Quintana was dropped he eased of.

I think that was sarcasm due to all the complaints about this potentially being a dull stage

Degenkolb looked to be doing quite a bit of work trying to get that second group back on...wonder if he'll have strength for a sprint??

Not really. When Iggy won into Zaragoza in about 2001, that was fast.

Also a much much much more awesome echelon stage than this one.
