I don't understand sky. Why won't they give the leadership to Nieve? This terrain suits him better than Kenaugh? Is this just because it's british team therefore let's pick british leader?? I know he won copi but PV terrain is too hilly and step and seems to suit Nieve better.

Great ride by Nieve. Stomp your foot, Nieve!! :D

They were riding for Nieve. Kiryienka positioned Nieve perfectly for the final climb.

It looks like Valverde was so in form he would buy any bluffing ....

Let us try to give some credit to Valverde.

I dont think he actually expected AC to attack in that climb. He would have assumed that they will be fighting it out in the sprint than in that part of the climb.

Also. if Valv thought tht AC was weaker, then he would hav asked AC to take a turn, and attack the way AC attacked.

AC's strategy worked today. that's all.

OMG is this kid for real did you watch the super clean talent destroy Rasmmussen. Lol what a remark from you that was that was epic may quote that. He was sure a clean talent in 07 lol.

Using your logic should we be questioning your hero's legitimacy since he destroyed Contador at last year's Tour?

You'd also think that, since Mikel Nieve was born and raised in this part of the world and has been racing on roads around here since childhood, that he might have a bit of local knowledge too. Tomorrow's stage goes through his birthplace.

Contador's ride was like watching Purito in Lombardy last year with Valverde chasing from behind. Monster punch. He should consider the Ardennes classics.

What people don't seem to be able to awcknowledge is that this isn't just black and white. There's not only Contador and Froome fanboys. There's actually those who want a clean sport and not their idols making fun of the rest of the peloton.

Contador right now is trained by de Jongh who admitted that he uses the knowledge from Sky and adjusted it a bit to make it suit Contador better.
I'm not going to add anything more, because that would belong on another forum. Just think about it.
