This intruiged me as it seems to me that he was always described as English in everything I read. It turns out that indeed Fenn rode in the Commonwealth Games in 2010 and 2014 for Scotland, since he has a Scottish mother (he was born in Hertfordshire). Obviously, I don't pay attention to who takes part in the Commonwealth Games![]()
