AC looked good covering the attack, especially after porte almost ran him into the barrier, picked up 2 bonus seconds.

I honestly think it was more the pain from the shoulder than the attacks, but we'll have to wait to see what he says...

Conclusion. Even with an injured shoulder and the pain that follows Porte and Aru cannot gain any time on Contador. In fact Aru almost dropped. Uran Uran back in the game, and Cataldo is suddenly a top tier GT rider.

Sky really lacks a sense for racing. Should Richie has been little less enthusiastic and if Astana has lined its numbers differently - they all could have gained some time on Contador.
