Kruijswijk too. I think it was Publicus who said it only counts for discarding a helmet and riding on without, rider's can readjust their helmet or remove caps etc

As has been said, you can adjust it. You can't ride without it. BTW, much clearer infraction resulting in immediate DQ: pushing or getting pushed by another rider. To be sure, that rule is inconsistently enforced, unlike assistance.

Betancur and Kruijswijk is the break again

Don't remember two guys going for it breakaway after breakaway quite like this, particularly with neither of them having the mountains jersey. Or just the lagging GC guys like Hesjedal and Pellizotti going for it quite as doggedly. No weak sauce on these breaks, for sure.
