Bertie is not peaking. Otherwise he would blow them out the water! If they have timed it perfect at Tinkoff-Saxo he will use the Giro to reach his peak at the Tour. Rogers also rode super fast in the Giro last year, and he rode even faster at the Tour..

Yes, but Rogers just went for stages in the Giro.
It's obvious that Contador is not in top shape right now, but digging too deep in the Giro, that was raced hard from the start, could hurt him in the last week of the Tour.
