I think Van den Broeck is as much of a certainty as anyone listed so far. In the Tour this year Lotto is going for stage hunting with Gallopin and Wellens.

Give Cav a few of his key leadout train guys, Throw a couple climbers in for Uran, and then a few of the big engine types that can help both equally.

It's dumb for riders nowadays to think they need an entire team dedicated toward only accomplishing their goal. With the right riders a team can easily have a mix of goals and rider dedicated to those goals and be successful.
