I wondered why Hofland gave a smack on Ruffonis head after the finish so I followed Ruffoni a bit and he was going left and right a lot of the time creating dangerous situations and then he went left again which caused the guy who wanted to pass on his left (went a lot faster) to crash hard.

Hofland was a bit behind him all the time so noticed what happened.

Now seeing the slowmo of a camera hitting that guy, which obviously caused the crash.

Chapeau to the Gorilla!

Let's hope that Bertie is not badly hurt, and that the idiot with the huge lens is identified and punished. Best wishes to those more seriously injured.

When he doesn't get closed in, Greipel is still one of the world's fastest three sprinters. Excellent lead out.
Hope no-one with GC ambitions got hurt. Don't understand though why they're always there around place 20-25 in the sprint. Just for the possibility of 3 seconds lost due to a split, you want to run the risk getting hurt?

Contador looked perfectly fine. Watching the replays, he'd slowed down pretty much to a standstill, but couldn't quite get a gap and went down at about 5 mph. Colli's arm though? Not so much
