What's the time limit for this kind of stage?

the expectation is 1hr 40-50 min for OTT cut-off
assuming 1h 20-25min for best rider.

i didnt follow Saramotins this Giro, he is here just working, I dont know if he had any problem, but it is too much just in the first 17,6 km to lose 4:36... Hepburn is good, but...
