I see the IoM championship and the GB championships share a course, like Czech and Slokakian.

I reckon Rowe will win the GB race, but the IoM race could go either way.

He's been clearly stronger than his early years for a while now outside of sprints. A succession of bad luck at the TDF in recent years means it gets overlooked.

Have noticed Kennaugh feeling his left leg a lot ... a problem? Hope not as i want to see him at the tour.
