Looking at www.buienradar.nl you can see a 'red' zone crossing(you can timelapse the map) the part where the riders have to ride as well. So there will be mayhem. I bet you Cancellara will try to neutralise this!

I visited Arnhem earlier in the week..
Weather was really really hot without a cloud..

Then suddenly clouds came and it hailed with ice lumps big as golf balls
