2015 Tour De France Stage 4: Seraing - Cambrai, 223.5 km

I think Vanmarcke deserves a win, maybe luck is on his side this time. His contenders should normally be on domestique duties. The GC battle could end up with huge gaps, can't wait.Hopefully no crashes involved.

As far as the cobbles go, three secteurs were in this year's Paris-Roubaix (early on). I think these are secteurs 5, 3, and 2 which were graded 3, 2, and 4 stars respectively. Also I think secteurs 6 and 4 have been in previous renewals of Paris-Roubaix - both as 2 star. Don't know anything about the first and last secteurs. I haven't seen any ASO ratings for this stage which is odd because they had them last year

Gallopin will ride to yellow with full glory. Nobody to protect tomorrow.

I think he will have an awesome Tour.. Barring chrashes of course..

He worked yesterday in the front group, yet had power to go full gass on Le Mur..

His form and wits should warrant a stage or two..

I was just thinking, the TTT will be fun with all those hampered teams..

Orica have just been obliterated. Impey and Gerrans gone, Matthews badly hurt.
Poor Simon Yates might lose minutes in the TTT while he is in awesome shape

I liked the fact that astana tried to do an echelon today, they caught froome by surprise.

Astana has to go ham on froome. And nibali better risks his life at the allos descent :D

I think Sky got caught behind when they were on the wrong side of the road when starting a roundabout, and the other teams then tried to take advantage. I don't think they were surprised, just a little out of position. Besides, there wasn't much wind anyway.

Really should be an outright ban on TTT's outside of the first five days of grand tours.

Or just no TTT. It's a great profile though, for an ITT it would have been really awesome.

I just looked for the wind situation of northern france tomorrow and it looks like there could be pretty strong cross wind.

What do you think. Will we see echelons again

The site you quoted and French meteorological services both predict W/SW wind for most of the day. That's headwind. That decreases the chance of echelons considerably.
