Shame on you. It is obvious there is a conspiracy against Bouhanni. First he was denied the National Champion's jersey and then taken out of the Tour. He has powerful enemies.

Yep, they mentioned Gonchar in the French Eurosport (it was the same video footage, I think).

I don't think you would be banned, but I wouldn't be surprised if posts like that get edited or deleted. It also depends on the implied tone.
