I believe before the stage they sais at 80km and 20km till the finish were echelon opportunities.

Pinot is having a horrific time if he just went down.

It's his own fault though, he shouldn't be that far off in the peloton. That's asking for problems as a GC rider.

When Pinot lost 5 seconds to Geraint Thomas every flat stage of Suisse, you could see this coming.

Scarponi was the Astana rider down
Last famous words by him: interviewed by the Italian TV he joked that he’s very good in handling his bike and he never falls down...

Perhaps it's better for Thibaut just to go home.

He can't do that as a french guy, beside this doesn't mean his climbing legs are bad.

FDJ should just pull Pinot and let him train for the Vuelta. It's a shame he's still around as a broken man!

Hang on, is that second group a casualty of the winds earlier on, when Cannondale and then BMC hit the front for a while? Who is in it?

No one important.

I guess ILove, Sasquatch, me, and many more others would say otherwise.

I was doing so good too....

Some article on descending recently said Pinot was so nervous on the descents in 2013 that he lost five minutes to Froome on one stage, then the following day he was still so freaked out by the descent the day before he lost 25 minutes, and FDJ eventually had to send him racing a car so he could get used to speed again.

We have no boring flat stages... Crashes and splits always loom for important guys going for a 13th in the final CG (but ofc say T-10, like Frank)... ;)
