2015 Tour de France Stage 6: Abbeville-Le Havre 191.5km

Regarding the question of who wears yellow...surely Martin will have collected the yellow jersey for tomorrow and so if he doesn't start there will be no yellow jersey, the same as if he pulled out after 1km tomorrow.

Valverde blamed Froome for the crash, Froome and Rowe went to Astana team bus and spoke for two minutes. Evidently Valverde has lost his mind.

If Valverde thought Froome caused the crash, shouldn't Froome go to the Movistar bus?

Valverde Froome Rowe and Nibali furiously poring over the nascar post-race confrontation rulebook..... "What the heck, this isn't English, or American English for that matter, wtf....? and why are their rv's so much nicer ?"
now that's funny. to bad most of European cousins won't get it.

I was gonna go completely 'inside baseball' and give the names of the riders wearing 3, 48, 24 and state that they cannot be punched under any circumstances. But 99% of the time no one knows what I am talking about anyhow without going to that degree of absurdity.

Just watching the replay on a mobile device.
Who was the Sky rider to the right of Nibali that
was bumped, but managed to stay upright? Was
that the Top Dawg?

Yes
Thank you, my friend. I thought it was, but I wasn't sure
when people were blaming our Froomey for causing the
mishap, or just as strange, ''taking advantage of it.'' :)

So what about the Valverde Froome incident. Can someone clarify what happened, if anything?

He blamed it on Froome to Spanish radio soon after the crash so he probably hadn't seen a replay, and as someone suggested earlier, maybe Valverde forgot Martin was in yellow and not Froome.

Brilliant win for Styby but gutted for Tony :(

And Alberto gets time on Froome but won't get it because of the crash

Exactly, Nibali and Contador were in nice position and they could do some time from it

Nonsense. Froome was well ahead of Contador when the crash happened. And he was even very slightly ahead of Nibali which is why he just managed to avoid crashing.

Contador was set to lose 5-10 seconds on Froome Nibali Quintana and Van Garderen...
And how do you come with that, he was not that far behind, that's as wrong as saying AC should gained time because of the crash

Based on what I have read and seeing a different video shot, I see why Martin had a 'hitch' in his pedal stroke. As he said, the EuropCar guy cut his front wheel, and the 'hitch' was him doing a panic stall pedal to avoid contact.

Sagan 2nd again, unbelievable  maybe he didn't have the legs to follow Styby, because he looked to be going very strong. Else it would make no sense at all for Sagan to let him go.

Very glad for Styby though, great stage win in his first Tour. A shame we didn't get to see his attack. Really lame job from the tv director.

Anyway, I hope Nibali and Quintana are okay. Froome might get this handed to him 2014 Nibali style otherwise.

There's Contador as well. Don't lose hope on him just yet.
I'm not his fan but my hopes are he'll improve form wise in the third week. Your hopes as this forum's greatest ACfangirl must be ten times bigger than mine

oh bala bala, you are lucky that you had the gift of being a super athlete otherwise i don't know if you could get any job in the real world....idoloooo

Without Nibali and Quintana to put pressure on Froome, there's no way Contador can win, unless Froome has another classic meltdown.

Valverdo COULD be reffering to the crash he had earlier in the stage, which no cameras caught. Just so everybody knows.

You can´t follow from fifth position and drop everyone. Not even Sagan can do that.
