You're probably not wrong when saying past winners of Romandie has been good tt'ers but most of the time they have been good climbers too.

Unlike other races, Romandie does not give bad TT'ers a chance to recoup their losses in the mountains.

Same here. I think he did the right thing. Never would have worked if he let Kittel start his sprint first.

Geraint was also dropped like a stone on the first road stage of the 2015 TdR (he finished over 4min behind Albasini), you never know.HelloDolly said:

Didn't know that but he was also one of the slowest on the prologue yesterday so maybe illness or fatigue.

What's going on with Talansky? There is no reason why he should have finished over 7 minutes behind Kittel today.
