I'm really sorry for all dutch cycling fans. First Dumoulin in the Vuelta and now Kruijswijk in the Giro. Ofc it isnt over yet but at least its safe to say that if he hadnt crashed its extremely likely he would have won.
It's not over yet!
Notice something :p

Astana and Movi to go all out on the Agnello and isolate Kruijswijk. Then Nibali attacks on the final kilometer of the climb and get a good advantage on the descent before he joins his teammates who were up in front. Kruijswijk chases on his own for the whole 40 kilometers between the top of Agnello and the start of Rissoul and then can't follow Chaves and Valverde who attack on the first kilometers of the mtf and gain 2 minutes on Kruijswijk and almost catch Nibali again who gets a heroic stage win a bit like in La Toussuire in the tdf last year.

waw :)

Uci should check clarke's bike, almost sure that his bike has a motor

Because of that downhill? I don't think he would have used the motor on the downhill, even if he had one. He was just drafting a moto or a car most likely.

I remember reading over a decade ago that someone had paid another team €500 per rider pulling. It was 2002 or 2003, methinks.

Lack of quality riders. Not much strategy you can put into practice like that.

Can't happen in the open although Gallopin for Thomas...There has to be a "reason", like Verona pulling the Pink/Jungels group.

Valverde group now slipping back according to GPS, they've also had to chase themselves while Nibali and Chavez get a free ride.

Kruijswijk now 2 mins back of time gaps can be trusted.

You can still put a guy in the break surely instead of having 5 guys pacing for nothing in Agnello.

EDIT - SK's face looks terrible, not sure he'll make it to the top :-(
