It was neutralized after the first lap so nothing will change in GC. Nibali won the Giro, Chavito 2, Bala 3.

As already said the time was taken at the first passage, so stage neutralized (time wise only).

RAI read the official announcment that said GC position were going to be frozen at 60 Km to go.
I do not know about other classifications of sorts

I know that riders got lapped in Poland and Dunkerque and they didn't got disqualified.
