They needed to move literally everything back a month starting in about September, after the Worlds but before Lombardia so that Lombardia went back into October where it belongs. We've had a wintersports season curtailed and seriously damaged by a lack of snow until well into January, with ski resorts losing fistfuls of money and events in Alpine skiing, XC skiing, Nordic Combined, Ski Jumping and Biathlon all being either cancelled or relocated, or runs having to be shortened or held on several loops of a smaller circuit due to a lack of snow, and now their season finishes in the next couple of weeks, and the bike races are all being screwed over by the weather.
