It's hilarious. Shot himself in the foot so badly.

Well it made sense and was a good trade, but Cav has simply just topped him when it all mattered. The right thing to do, just kinda unlucky IMO.
That's debateable..SlickMongoose said:Valv.Piti said:SlickMongoose said:carolina said:lefevere must be regretting so much not letting cav do track...

No, I mean that Lefevere not letting him do track at Etixx obviously hurt his sprint, and he would have won more over the last 3 years if Lefevere had allowed it.
Lemonbaloon said:Cav is the smartest sprinter and he has the best riders to help him stay near the front in the finale with Eisel, Renshaw(although he is gonne now) and EBH.

Sagan by a landslide. Sagan doesn't even need a team. Kittel, Cav and the Gorilla all require a team to even top 3 a stage.

There's many different variables that could have gone into Cav's resurgence.
Oh, it seems like he has some nice records for next year, if things keep going his way. Beating Merckx at Le Tour and going past Cipo.Max Rockatansky said:48th victory in a GT. He has equalled Petacchi. Wonder if he can reach the 57 wins of Cipo.

Cav would never f*ck up a sprint like Sagan did in MSR 2013.

Of course not, considering Cav would never be in the group contesting that finish in the first place.
You can't mess up something you'd never be a part of.

Yeah, if Zakarin got relegated you should do the same to Cav, taking half of the road isn't holding a straight line in a sprint.Asero831 said:Similar to the Zakarin incident. This should be a relagation

Because Cav would never be in a front group of 7-8 riders in the finale of a tough monument

Didn't Cavendish win the race in 2009?

Shame he went to Trek though.
