GVA already did more for BMC than those joint leaders will probably do for the whole Tour. Chapeau!

There can't be enough riders like GVA.
It's so typical for a rider that gets yellow to sit behind his teammates in the bunch who try to bring the break back again. Not GVA, nope! BMC has 2 leaders for GC that need support so the team isnt going to dedicate to chasing anyways unless its a gC threat so what to do? Well attack ofcourse.

Ochowicz lied: GVA was the team leader the whole time, Tejay and Porte are just here to help him in the mountains.

Smart work by BMC - send GVA in the break and the team doesn't have to work to defend Yellow.

If it's on the GC teams to control this, Movi's avoiding their responsibility.

GVA way to go! You have to love a guy who rides like this :).

Nibali for the stage win, unless he is required to wait for Aru.

With Nibs in break Astana will surely not help. Tinkoff is in shambels and by refusing to work Moviestar is perhaps trying to weaken the skytrain.

I don't see Nibali waiting. He's too much of a winner to do that.

Sky can ease up, they can afford to give the breakaway a few more minutes before it becomes dangerous.

Looks like Sky have picked the pace up.
Can't be Nibali is their concern.
Trying to make life easier for the next days.
GVA with double figure advantage would be tactical nightmare.

Yes, that's Movi's intention.
They've put a man, now.

Movistar and Nairo have nothing to fear from Van Avermaet, so why work? If Sky want's to chase it's their problem, not Movistar's.
