Contador is going abandon next few kms.
He should stay in the race, if only to help Sagan win the green jersey.

I think it's bs. He's completely beat up and only wrecking himself.

If he wants to stay, sure, but looking at him last days he should quit. He's only wasting the rest of his season because of putting his body on way to much of pain and no time to recover.

Riis: "It doesn't make sense that Contador should have fever this morning when he goes on the attack like this."
Why's he so bitter.
There was nothing wrong with him and Contador.

lol, the last person who's bitter towards Contador is Riis. He's one of his biggest fans. He said yesterday that if Contador didn't crash he would rode away from them all.

I guess he didn't mean it literally, but if Contador was at his usual level, i think that him, quintana and Froome would've dropped the other.

He would've definately do something.

In 2006, Pereiro finished the Pyrenees sick and many minutes behind on GC. Should he have gone home?

I think Phonak and Sky are very different teams...

Do you think they would give Contador as much leeway as they gave Pereiro? Also it's simply not a similar situation

Anyone know how many, if any, Movistar riders are left in the break? Looks like the winner is going to come from there anyway, with the time still going out - it's a nice climb for Dumoulin if he could get clear, or maybe Rui Costa.

And Phonak wanted to get rid of yellow jersey as their team was atrocious
