Why would he be bluffing? Bluffing his way to losing the Vuelta.

I'm surprised there isn't one already, he merits one above some that do have one. Won the Cervinia MTF at Aosta and podiumed l'Avenir last year, has been strong throughout this Vuelta, still just 21.
