This Sky team is not that Sky team.

And only the riders and the team to blame.
This. God forbid someone wants to make it exciting for the viewers. And he also got something out of this. Took time on everyone but Quintana.Jagartrott said:Truly tragic that someone would be racing to create spectacle - I agree.Poursuivant said:He really said that? Wow, that's sad.
The Tour was so much more entertaining, with everyone behaving as they should.

they should DQ themRattaKuningas said:Josh Homme said:So the peloton of 90+ riders... finally lost 54 minutes. 22 min over the limit.
It's now or never. And they truly should be out.
100% must DQ them. They didn't even try to make it in time and decided to rest. It is unfair to riders who were inside the time limit.
Maybe they can start tomorrow 10 minutes behind... They will need to chase the peloton, and, perhaps, the bunch decides to race early on.veji11 said:The UCI and race organiser should just tell teams that they all abused the rule trying not to get their riders DQed by having too many of them in the group, and that therefore they will be fined 1 000 Franc Suisse per rider in the group.. Will make them think next time.

The fine should be proportional to the team budget.veji11 said:The UCI and race organiser should just tell teams that they all abused the rule trying not to get their riders DQed by having too many of them in the group, and that therefore they will be fined 1 000 Franc Suisse per rider in the group.. In case of special atmospheric conditions or other exceptional circumstances, confirmed accidents or incidents, the Commissaires’ Panel, in consultation with the Giro Director, shall have the right to readmit in the race any rider finishing in a time exceeding the time limit, by increasing the latter by a maximum of 25% of the time set out in this Article. Accordingly, Article 2.6.032 of the UCI Regulations shall apply to the “Classification by points”.
The time limit, established on the basis of the winner’s time expressed in minute seconds, shall be further rounded off to the successive superior minute.
