It doesn't look like most stages are going to be shown in the Olympic Channel just their pay internet service.

All stages will be shown live on the Olympic Channel TV station, my dvr has found a 2 hour show every day, plus 2 repeats shows daily on TV. So I'm assuming you mean Olympicchannel.com.

I was looking at NBC's TV schedule on their website and it only showed the first stage as being shown on the Olympic Channel. Unfortunately being shown live isn't going to do me a lot of good for most of the stages regardless as I can't watch while I'm working. So have to find replays of stages somewhere. Where is a great question. Glad to know all the stages are actually on TV.

Tiz-cycling.racing usually has full stages available by evening.

NBC finally updated their website and it does indeed show all the stages on the Olympic channel. There are also a handful of stages on NBCSports. Not many but at least a couple. On NBCSports they are showing stages 5, 11, 15, 19 and 21.

Some of those are very late at night, or early morning (15, 19, 21). The first 2 show up at 2 hrs broadcast time, so actual racing will be around 1 hr 15 minutes? Maybe more. Also, stage 5 on Wed Aug 29 comes on at 1:00pm CST, and immediately preceding that is a 1 hour presentation (segment??) of the Arctic Race of Norway.

For Wednesday Aug 29th, it's accurate as I went looking for it on my Dish guide to set the DVR. The guide doesn't go far enough to know about the rest of the stages yet.
