Waw. Overrated Sagan won. :D

After doing nothing.

Doesn't he whine when other riders win like that?

There is a quite a difference when you have a three-man break when you do all the work and a big group of 20 riders including some of the best sprinters.

... but haters will hate no matter what

Sagan getting on form and hopefully, with a bit of luck, he can finally win Roubaix

i still don't consider sagan a favourite for ronde. I think gilbert will win again
Gilbert has a better chance in Paris Roubaix than ronde. He legit got dropped like a stone by a sport-vlaanderen rider in less than 200m on the kemmelberg.
On CN live they wrote he had something wrong with his gears at that time. Because he really looked odd on that climb.

I wouldn't want to win like Sagan just did.
I'd rather win than lose

I'm just emulating Sagan's whiny comments every time he loses a bike race.
There is no different between 3 man group and 24 right?

But Sagan supposedly likes the show more than wins. And we saw Sagan repeatedly skipping turns.

He's just a whiny brat when he loses.

Because skipping turns in a 24 men group when you have a teammate is so similar to a 3 man group with none, amirite?

Actually I do not like this win. I do not understand why he showed his cards. People really started to underestimate him. Now he has the biggest mark again. And no cooperation again. Nobody will pull him to the finish.

Yeah how stupid of him to win a big classic... Trust me, even if he had sucked the entire season up until RVV, everyone would still mark him.

RVV is more about pure power, than cooperation.

Great chance for Sagan to win I think. A race which has been hard for the pure sprinters, but relatively easy for him. A bit like the WC he's won, he should be able to outsprint everyone here.

Nice call :D He did everything right in the finale. He chose the left side and was not boxed as Viviani and was able to hold his sprint to the line. He has proven that he is very hard to beat in a medium size group sprint when he is fresh. I still don't understand that he has won 0 MSR so far.

Sagan is like Nibali, if you underestimate him you lose.

To be fair, he said by himself that this was his easiest G-W win. Let's say he was smart as Kwiatek would say :D If he wants to win Flanders and Roubaix he has to show much more than he showed today and on Friday.

Give him some break, his most hated riders won WT races today, he is just mad right now.

Lol, go through my post history, I actually like Sagan. What I don't like is his whiny comments when other riders mark him during races. He's a hypocrite because most of his big wins come from passive racing.

What other WT race took place today?

I know I was trolling little bit.

I know that Ronde is about raw power but I do not see any cancellara in this peloton now who can make the difference on Paterberg and win solo. So it will be small group regrouped after Paterberg.

I am afraid it will be some stepper who will be sent upfront and win due to few seconds of hasitation of Sagan to do all the chase. :(

I'd say Ronde & 3x WC were his biggest wins.
In two of them, he attacked to win.
In other two, it was bunch sprint and any activity would mean being defeated.
Passive racing? ok :)

LOL

is that why he won his first WC and Ronde solo? Yeah right, very passive ...

... when haters and trollers get caught in their own lies :D

He was passive in all three of his WC wins, attacking or sprinting very late into the finale.

Ronde is the only exception.

I'm quoting Sagan here:

http://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/racing/i-dont-care-about-victories-its-more-about-show-peter-sagan-explains-extraordinary-chase-at-tirreno-adriatico-372649

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/peter-sagan-and-kwiatkowski-in-a-war-of-words-before-milan-san-remo/

He just comes off as a bad loser and hypocrite if you ask me. He should man up when he loses a race.

Do have to say it's basically become the norm for the majority of WC routes. Best sprinter that survives wins, unless the last obstacle is within 3km from the finish, in which case the race doesn't open until then.
