I saw that, so I thought I'd take one for the team :) .

WRT the race, it seems obvious that the main contenders played it safe. Conditions were dangerous. Hats of to Mohoric: he fought hard. Brambilla looked "fresh", or at least much fresher than De Marchi. We'll never know what could have been.

Well, as Felline was getting dropped at that point and Brambilla obviously had good legs, maybe Brambilla could have gotten back to the chasing group and gotten a top-10/15 result.
