If anything, it looks like Izagirre won in the photo.

Wow, close finish and interesting one. Laporte has definitely reached another level this year. Good to see Demare in form as well!

Watch it carefully from the right side of the pic. Close but indeed Demare.

Well, we don't know where the finish line is in that photo, but it's pretty clear that Demare's wheel is in front of Izagirre's in that photo.

Highway robbery by the French today.

Izagirre's arm and front of bicycle was forwardy attached to Demare's as they crossed the line.

In the fotofinish you can appreciate Demare is behind Izaguirre if you look closely at the rear part of the front wheel.

Vergonzoso.

No, we don't see the finish line but I don't know how it's pretty clear that Demare won based off of this photo.

Brave, brave Vuillermoz. My St-Claude guy will pop one soon.

Great finish. Yes, he threw his bike, he had nothing left. Bravo Nono!

I'm not saying it's clear that Demare won based on that photo (because we don't know where the finish line is), I'm saying that it's clear that Demare's wheel is in front of Izagirre's in that photo.

Fuglsand and Zakarin biggest casualties I think.
Oomen also lost 20 seconds, he didn't fall but got held up.

All other favorites seem ok

All of the photo is the finish line :D
Finish line photos are not single time photos, the horizontal dimension is time in fact.

Doesn’t matter if his body is behind, or rear tyre, back end of front tyre, peddles or anything else. It’s whoever’s front tyre crosses the line first, in the photo you can see it is just Demare.

zoomed finish photo. Clearly Demare

This does not take into account the camera angle (perspective) which favours Demare. You need to see the line to actually know for sure.
