Saw some talk that he might have a disability (severe enough that he doesn't know how to cross a street safely.)That's ridiculous. No way they didn't know the race was coming through.
Not really, but nobody has the balls to do it. A sprinter gets relegated (or worse, see Sagan) if he does that at the end of the stage in a sprint.Yeah, that would be rather far-fetched.
