What a shame for Roglič, a mechanical, Movistar pick up the pace, he gets back on, limits the damage to Nibali on the final meters of the climb, then he crashes and loses 40 seconds to the leaders. He didn't deserve that. Nibali again benefitting from someone else's misfortune.

But it looks like the shark has no answer for Carapaz. In the time trial, despite Nibali's strong performance, Carapaz was only a few seconds slower. Carapaz is the clear favorite, at this point.

Great final 50 km.

Roglic is very, very lucky to still be in the race. Think having to chase back -- exceptionally sticky bottle notwithstanding -- took too much energy. That crash could have done some real damage even though he wasn't going all that fast.

Yates again looked really strong. For the sake of the race I wish he hadn't bottled that second TT. Nibali did as expected and shows he's up for the win.

You are bound to have some misfortune through 3 weeks, especially when you don't have a team. And not only Nibali, but also Carapaz cashed in. Also lets not forget he was dropped in the first place.

Just ignore him.
Just trolling against Nibali.

Whoever has ridden a bike knows that a crash like Roglic's is only his own fault and has nothing at all to do with fortune.

Yes, Nibali always has so much luck. So much so he literally got his back broken by a dumb fan's camera strap
