seemingly this time foretaste of big attacks incoming will turn out much more interesting than bike racing itself.

Well it would impress me
Who cares who won 2015 Gent-Wevelgem (it was Paolini btw)? That was the day everybody realised Jürgen Roelandts is the greatest. I think he finished 7th, but his ride was an all-timer.

Pantani's attack tdf stage 16(?) 2000 made me a cycling fan.

Still love that kind of spiteful, angry cycling. I can't even recall off the top of my head who won, and at 8 years old I didn't realise that he never really stood a chance that day, but Armstrong cracking at the end, then launching a prolonged invective at the man with the bald head and big ears is all I really remember from that years race.

we just got too much obsessed about long-range attacks. in reality they happen quite rarely...

I don't think so. Every team can go to the front and do something if they wish to do so at the moment. The pace is not that high.
nope, not buying it, Movistar borgs with numbers killing the race...

The thing with "Skyborgs" is the rhyme. Can't think of a good similar word for the Abarcá train with the current sponsorship (though "Abarcáborgs" works); I think "Movichines" might be the best I can manage on short notice, since Farah has already patented "Mobot"?
