We will see a lot of the lighter riders set good times on the first intermediate, but then be behind on the line.

The last 10 k is for the big tempo machines.

As I understand it, 1st part is out of town and uphill (time check), 2nd part up and down on a plateau (time check), 3rd part downhill and flat open roads to the finish.

He is good at this. It helps that Movistar havent had to do a lot of work so far either in the race.
