Yeah but that's the thing ... he doesn't want to.
Yeah and there is a good reason for it - he couldn't do top five. So he doesn't try.

exactly, when he podiumed on the giro a few years ago it was because he was party of that Stelvio break away.

if he was actually a GC rider they would never have let him go
 
Who put the barriers that far into the rode, even with corner it looked as if they should've been placed closer to the trottoir!

Edith says they weren't, but maybe the opposite barriers should've been placed a bit wider to avoid such a narrow corner getting hit with full speed!

Van Aert and Asgreen pulled some time back between 2nd 3rd split resp. finish. Wout might have been fastest.
