Yesterday stage was designed to be sure to have Sagan on stage winners list, i think there wasn't a possibility for everyone else regardless his shape, with his bike handling and positionig was already won at the last corner.
Anyway i was impressed by Viviani passing Degenkolb going on the cobbles whereas the others were on tarmac but a lot expected riders were totally missing in the front (Kristoff, Trentin, Haas, van Avermaet) and also from Matthews you would have expected more than a 6th place well behind on such a finish.

Today could be interesting if Astana will go hard on the final climb like on sunday.

12 km descent and run in back to the finish - Astana to give it a go again.

Highly impressive. Odds are the wins the next two stages as well. I think the stage was won more by superb positioning as it looked liked to me that Viviani was just as strong, but lets see. I doubt Viviani will survive these stages.
probably not, but the question is, who's going to do all the work then. Yesterday in the end only Konrad was left from Bora - and not doing any work - and only Hirschi for Matthews. So it could very well come down to successful attacks/breakaways again instead
I think he will survive them, but he won't win them. :p

Degenkolb not happy he was bumped off the wheel like that by Sagan. And tbh I think he has a point. Where do you draw the line?

Stop whining, race, that's the line. Sagan did nothing wrong.
Is Sagan aggresive? Yes. Was what he did yesterday worth a penalization? No. Also worth mentioning is the fact that Degenkolb won't be riding the TdF which must be very frustrating and doesn't help in situations like these.

He isn't really whining though is he? Just stating his opinion when asked for. It's not like he filed a protest or something.
