I am sure there won't be a bigger change of position than Vladimir going from last to 4th this month. Having just won the 2017-19 edition, Amis Velo takes the lead here, and whatever else happens between now and the end of 2022, Nicosix will be able to say that he too was among those who was at some stage in the top ten.

In the end of year update, none of the selected riders gained any late points, or lost any in adjustments, but Moise Mugisha got enough points from winning the GP Chantal Biya in Cameroon to appear in the top 18 unselected riders list, the Collective Ignorance team, (and put himself out of eligibility for the next edition of the game), so the CI team is the top, and only, scorer this session.
Best possible team thus far, made up of the 18 top eligible scorers in the crazy mixed up season that was 2020:
That is a total of 3661 points. The leading score is 49.4% of what is possible, which is quite a lot less than previous years, but 2020...

The season seems to finish to all intents and purposes on 24th October, and I have time off the following week, so the almost end of year data should be sometime that week.
Mikkel Honoré has been the rider who has contributed the most to my getting to the lead, after fourth place last year. I hope he continues in that line. I also expect a lot from Matteo Sobrero, a cyclist that I have exclusively .

Previous editions have had winners of the Tour and Giro, but none of the biggest one day races. Evenepoel's San Sebastian was the biggest until Girmay took Gent-Wevelgem.
But frankly, apart from the teams with Girmay, it was a rather unimpressive month all round.

A score for this month of 507 wouldn't even have made the top 20 of the 2022-24 game: it wins here. These riders really ought to be cracking the big time by now, but the scoring seems to be faltering.
Pidcock, Rubio and Arensman are all in the top 6 teams (and probaby some others I haven't looked at): the extra riders that made a difference this month are shown here.
