Catching up when there are simultaneous GTs coinciding with a wedding anniversary when the easier forum isn't availableis what rest days in half term are made for. Just as well Paris-Roubaix and the conclusion of the classics game wasn't on yesterday as well.
Stage 6 Looks like it would have been worth watching live
Green points
The likes of Izagirre and Woods and G Martin were probably not chosen as breakaway fodder, but...
Standings
Large jumps from Googolplex and Laarsland from the lower reaches to the top ten: smaller, but more significant move by Rote Laterne from 3rd to top.
Main game
Jacketgate II causes quite a stir
Standings
A good shake up to the riders' scores, but the previous leader is top scorer today, largely due to the unique pick of Hugh Carthy. A good weekend for British riders with Irish names.
Big jumps forward for Luthor (a newcomer to these games:welcome) and Armchair Cyclist and Scrooll07. Scrooll and I can be expected to move in tandem a lot: we share 7 riders, the difference being that I have Jay McCarthy as a unique pick, and he has Froome and a lot of unspent budget. I will only bother to differentiate on the basis of their relative GC positions if we are in the top 5.
Sorry for the delay; all caught up now, and hopefully I can keep to schedule for the remainder.
