What I saw is that in the second part Dennis was not so stable in his bike, out of corners the wind were too much for him, he lost a lot of time in those corners.

It seemed to me that his gravity center was a little high for him.

He's dead right. 35 minutes in the saddle is a sprint-course championship. It ought to minimum 1 hour. With minimum 250m of elevation change. And at least 8 90degree or greater corners.
