Hopefully so, because if he tried to put a guy straight back on a bike after seeing that crash it would be criminal. But even assuming that he hadn’t seen the crash, the bike was in multiple pieces and Mohoric was clearly in a state of bewilderment. It doesn’t take a brain genius to work out that putting him straight back on a bike without a concussion check is irresponsible.
