I think belgium is >90% for 18+ and 70+% for 12+

Belgium has a high percentage. I think it was nearly 80% last month.

73% fully vaccinated in Belgium, but percentage is quite a bit higher in Flanders than in Brussels and Wallonia.

I'd say Cosnefroy is probably the right French person. Turgis already tried so they looked like their two long rangers. Laporte,Demare,Ala, Cavagna and Senechal are guys you save for later, and Russo and Madouas are just domestiques.
