It's strange to see how quickly teams without a stage win yet give up the stage to sprinters. If they pressed hard on the climb they could get ride of the sprinters very easily, and there is no descent for them to get back on.

Or just tried to get in the break with more riders. The bunch was always going to do that climb really slow meaning a bigger lead for the break. 6 min with 75 to go would be enough for a bigger break.
