Just tuned in, judging by the page count some significant stuff must have happened already. Could anyone explain quickly maybe?

Bunch was getting shredded before the climbing even officially started.

Lots of good break action to start the day and high tempo to begin with.

Ineos eventually took control and quietened things down in the bunch.,

Attacks, counter attacks and separations in the break going onto and up Mortirolo

Astana pushed the pace in the bunch and drilled the top to set up a Nibali attack that did cause a split

Pozzo crash on the descent

Large regrouping at the bottom but not everyone is back. Break still up the road
