It looked worse in the preview they showed, made it seem as though the section through the final corner was pretty significantly downhill. It was totally fine. Made the bunch more stretched out.

Yep, Sinkeldam. Makes you wonder whether the normal order of their leadout has been wrong all these years.Seriously incredible work by FDJ team in the last kilometre. I dont know who was the last man for demare when GUanrieri was dropped. Sinkledam? His pull in the last 700m was perfect.
When you watch the overhead you see Sctosson took the last corner so well that he got a big gap. So even though it looked like he didnt hit the front until 400m, Sinkledam basically pulls Demare to the front past 2 or 3 riders from 700m, and then leads out from 450m into a headwind.Yep, Sinkeldam. Makes you wonder whether the normal order of their leadout has been wrong all these years.
Ballerini went to the right of Demare to open his sprint, Bauhaus followed his wheel and bumped into Girmay who in my view made a bit of a desperate attempt to move up on the rightmost side of the road before the sprint starts proper. Like, it's to be expected that the guys ahead will move to the barrier when they open their sprint.Did Ballerini come close to Groenewegining Biniam into the barriers there? Looked like he swerved directly towards him.
Imo loosing Cimolai was a bit hit for their sprint train. The guy sprints upright, with a huge gear and has a long sprint, perfect last man.Yep, Sinkeldam. Makes you wonder whether the normal order of their leadout has been wrong all these years.
Pinot got his win too.Important win for Groupama. Only their second win of the season after Gaudu's strange crash-infested win on the Alto do Fóia back in February.
Sounded like both him and Richeze had gearing issues. He was quite cryptic about it in the interviewDid Gaviria have a mechanical issue? His gear seemed much too low.
Oh, dear.
It's okay, it barely got mentioned anywhere.
Not like there was a whole - specific - thread about it, or anything.
apparently had a punctureWhat happened to Poels to end up in the Cavetto?
Charging the battery for later? Or he turned the Poels factor up to 11?What happened to Poels to end up in the Cavetto?
Dude, https://cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/VictoryRankingTeam.asp?year=2022I don't pay attention to threads.
Apparently, I forgot to type into my Excel sheet that day. I also had DSM on just one win for the season - Welsford.

You type everything into an Excel sheet?
I just remember stuff.
Similar fidelity, okay.I am aware.
I'm just the type of person who likes doing things myself. For example, I like learning languages even though Google translate exists.
I also like doing cycling statistics even if there are websites that do the same.
Just the wins.
