It makes me sad so little the peloton actually gets covered in this Giro. Please have a little reason, whats happening right now is not uninteresting.

Amateurs man
We have seen that it is still Narvaez in front and that Landa went back to his car. What more did you wish to see?

If there is a novel development, I expect them to show it, but if there is not, then they don't need to show the bunch yet.

What more? People that gets dropped, who's making the tempo (apart from just a 2 sec picture), zoom-in on favorites etc. etc. At least just 50-50 at this point, its getting ridiculous.

They are applying the 2-second rule now. 2 seconds of picture from the peloton where its impossible to actually get an impression of the bunch, then back to a completely doomed breakaway. Where the Maglia Rosa? Whos struggling? How does Carapaz look? Thats all the goddamn intrigue on this stage.

Exactly. Part of watching cycling is anticipation, to see in the the course of this long narrative what will be the next plot development, and try to anticipate (or imagine) what will happen next. Sometimes nothing much happens, it’s true, but that’s part of the narrative too. If we only wanted get information about a specific action (attack, crash) we could just watch a ticker or wait for replay of highlights.
