Fair play Cav, he was in the earliest break and stayed at the front all day.
Watson looked good, as he did at the circuit race on Friday night.

I like the simpleness and plainness of them.Really? I don't like theirs at all.
Lafavare not taking Cavendish to the Tour was a mistake it seems.
Not sure how today makes him a better bet in the bunch sprints than Jakobsen.Lafavare not taking Cavendish to the Tour was a mistake it seems.
It's currently live here: https://ok.ru/videoembed/3614805925565?nochat=1Well according to the list of races todat on PCS, there isn't even a US national championships

Terrific win by Cav, though. Masterful tactics all the way. Well-deserved.
Sénéchal might not be going either (French champion). Quick Step also didn't take Cavagna last year when he was national champion.
It's a bit of a shame to see national champs miss out on the Tour & Quick Step could have the French champion, British champion & world champion on their team next week, if they wanted.
1 | EINHORN Itamar | Israel - Premier Tech | 50 | 15 | 3:18:40 |

3 | GOLDSTEIN Omer | Israel - Premier Tech | 20 | 7 | ,, |

Seems very much like a case of "We'll just have to agree between us", so why didn't Goldstein get it? He's going to the Tour? You'd think the Israeli team would want the Israeli jersey in the Tour?
Agreed. The press alone would be huge. If you want to continue to expand the sport, especially for Anglophones in this case, he should be going. As far as the record, there is no one on the planet that thinks Cavendish is a greater rider than Merckx if he were to break the record for most stage wins. Does anyone think Cipolli is the greatest Giro rider because he has the most stage wins? That greasy dude could barely get to the end of a stage race. Like previously said, apples to oranges. If nothing else, the hype would be crazy. And hype means exposure for sponsors.

One Horn to rule them all!
But a golden stone could have won.
Also interesting that half the top-4 are Guys.

In 2019 it was two Guys and three golden stones, and in 2018 there were three Guys in the top 6.
he is also the quickest sprinter. I mean, there's always a chance it was a real raceEinhorns UCI points will probably be important, the others won't be.
This so much.
We used to have manager competitions for the road races at FC, but startlists for these events are late/non-existing/untrustworthy. Plus punching these startlists in advance in a week where you have ITT and RR for JR/U23/Elite for both sexes in several ten handfuls of countries is just too much.
Not a gripe, just an explanation. Perhaps trying to do it for select countries can be tried for next year, just as long as we avoid guest country-furore
Alaf' did a great job chasing after Cofidis in the final, giving Senechal a chance to win. All in all, he looked very good. Not great, but very good.Has probably been mentioned, but just noticed Alaphillipe was racing again in France. 13th wasn't too shabby either, in the second group to finish.
