Right now, the chance of rain (and thunder) in the Brande/Ikast/Herning is above 70% at 3PM-4PM where the riders are tackling most of the gravel roads.

There will also be heavy rain in the mourning.

Riders with cyclocross experience could have an advantage if it gets muddy. Some of the sectors are more like going off road than riding on fine Strade gravel.

In all seriousness, they call it "Strade Bianche Nordic" but it's much closer to Tro-Bro Leon. No climbs but more difficult pavement.

I wonder what Laporte could do? Former TBL winner, E3 escapee and in the shape of his life.

If they had just had the finish on the first lap in Herning, it could have been a better stage. Or if tomorrow's stage were harder, so the distance today could possibly lead to some surprises there.

Nice to see Zoccarato on the front. Sadly he doesn't get too many chances to ride on this kind of terrain at Bardiani, a French or Belgian team would suit him much more.

Laporte is the best leadout man in the world.

Jasper Stuyven loves to ruin sprints for other sprinters tho by putting himself in a good position to just lose the wheel of every A, B and C tier sprinter.

I’d rather Sheffield win, he’s the young kid who has a lot to prove, but it’s going to be a tight battle.
