Easy to criticised Padun but we would all be descending at his pace. I guess most of us don't ride 25 hours a week though.

Can't hate on Padun because I'd be a chicken myself but it's rare to see a breakaway rider losing over a minute to the peleton on a 10 minute technical descent, brutal.

if i were going to attack a stage on the penultimate climb before a highly technical descent i would simply make sure i actually knew how to descend first
